CANCELLATION
POLICY

Written notice of cancellation must be received and acknowledged by Wine Country Experiences at least 30 days prior to the start date of your experience in order to receive a full refund. Upon receipt of written notice to cancel, Wine Country Experiences will send email confirmation of cancellation. For cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the start date of your experience, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total will be forfeited. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of your experience reservation.
